Sustainability Professionals Academy is committed to applying the highest standards of integrity and transparency within the electronic education and training environment. Integrity is defined as the learner’s commitment to honesty, academic ethics, and responsible conduct while participating in training programs, examinations, learning activities, and electronic assessments, without any form of cheating, manipulation, or violation of fair learning principles.

The following actions, including but not limited to, are considered violations of integrity in the electronic education or training environment:
Cheating
Using unauthorized materials or resources during electronic examinations or assessments.
Obtaining answers or assistance from unauthorized individuals.
Impersonation
Allowing another person to access the platform or complete assessments or activities on behalf of the registered learner.
Unauthorized Collaboration
Sharing or exchanging answers, examination content, or assessment materials with other learners without approval.
Falsification
Submitting false or misleading information or documents.
Manipulating examination results, assessment reports, or electronic attendance records.
Plagiarism
Copying or using academic or training content without proper citation or acknowledgment of the original source.
Misuse of the Learning Platform
Attempting to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the learning management system, evaluation mechanisms, or registration processes.

In the event that an integrity violation is confirmed, Sustainability Professionals Academy may take one or more of the following actions, depending on the severity and repetition of the violation:
Issuing a formal warning or notice to the learner.
Cancelling the result of the examination or assessment involved in the violation.
Requiring the learner to repeat the training requirement or denying its completion.
Temporary or permanent suspension from the training program or learning platform.
Revocation of the certificate or accreditation if it was issued based on an integrity violation.
Banning future enrollment in the Academy’s programs in cases of serious or repeated violations.
The Academy reserves the right to take any additional measures deemed necessary to ensure the integrity of the educational process, in accordance with the regulations and guidelines of the National eLearning Center.

Enrollment in any electronic training program offered by Sustainability Professionals Academy constitutes an explicit acknowledgment that the learner has reviewed this policy and agrees to comply with all its provisions.

Sustainability Professionals Academy is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal data related to learners, trainees, instructors, and all users of its electronic education and training platforms. The Academy applies clear policies and procedures for the collection, storage, processing, retention, and secure disposal of data, ensuring its confidentiality, protection, and restricted access solely to authorized and qualified personnel, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
